Motorcycle specifications BMWR 1200 Nine-T '' L'Echappee belle '' 2015 An adventure with a tomorrow

produced as part of the first R nine-T Custom Contest, the BMW R nineT "L'Echappée Belle" customized by the Old School Engineering (OSE) team in Le Havre was unveiled to custom motorcycle and lifestyle enthusiasts at the second BMW Motorrad Custom Party on October 1, 2015 in Paris. After 4 months of intense work, the "L'Echappée Belle" sidecar took its first turns on the wheel and turned heads in Paris at the party.

OSE is a collective of enthusiasts based in Le Havre. For Anthony, Benoit, Christophe and Marc, as well as all the members of the association, this project proved to be an ambitious one, given the deadline to be met. They worked as a team, taking turns in the workshop to finalize the project. Each member was able to contribute his or her know-how to meet all the technical challenges involved in assembling the extensively modified Watsonian basket. This unique custom sidecar is a clear reference to the brand's long tradition.
Particular attention was paid to details such as the aluminum bodywork protectors on the motorcycle and sidecar, the integration of the Motogadget instrumentation and the leather upholstery, custom-made by Harley Grove. The raised exhaust line with its Cone Engineering mufflers, the PIAA headlamps mounted for discreet but powerful lighting, the notched footrests and the Continental knobby tires are also there to remind us that this sidecar is well and truly dedicated to off-road riding and, above all, to the pleasure of simply riding, alone, with two or three friends.
