Here, then, is the most accomplished, the most expeditionary, the most expensive and the most nostalgic Ténéré. A new version of the 700 T7? Not quite. Rather, it's a special edition closely derived from the World Raid. Yamaha takes the concept to the extreme, combining off-road, autonomy, sound and homage with this Ténéré World Rally.

these are the features that distinguish the Ténéré 700 World Rally from its progenitor, the Raid. It's a bike designed for the great outdoors, with a reinforced physique. Both have the same engine as all T7s, the twin 690 cm3 from the MT-07, but improve their off-road capabilities with higher, more adjustable suspensions, increased ground clearance, a 23-liter dual fuel tank, a higher-quality 5-inch color TFT screen with smartphone management and multiple display themes, an Öhlins steering damper, a larger engine cowling, and three-mode ABS. This allows you to adjust its operation according to the terrain.

the 700 Ténéré World Rally certainly looks the part. The replica color scheme is a real eye-catcher, and the Akrapovic sound system (like its reputation) will only enhance the ride. But with so many variations and so many price increases, the Ténéré ends up very close (financially) to a BMW F 850 GS Adventure or a Triumph Tiger 900 Rally.
