Riding a Tuono V4 Factory is like waving a lighter around a powder keg. Very powerful and very efficient, Noale's hyper-roadster is one of those machines whose fury is only a glimpse of its potential. Aprilia took advantage of the GP of the Americas to produce a commemorative version. It and its RSV4 sibling are presented under the SE-09 SBK banner.

As this code indicates, the bike is a direct reference to Superbike. And to 2009, the year in which the first RSV4 was introduced - a superb machine with a phantasmagorical engine and a crazy chassis. The 1100 Tuono adopts exactly the same graphics as the hypersport of its day. Its apostolically black paintwork, with its violent scarves of red, defends a history and a sporty character at its very core.

The Tuono V4 1100 Factory SE-09 SBK only requires a purple ticket in addition to the standard version. It comes with the 2009 vintage color scheme and a few carbon parts: the front mudguard and air ducts to cool the Brembo M50 brake calipers.
A sticker at the top of the tank identifies the machine and specifies its serial number. How limited? Impossible to say; it's a numbered series, but not a limited one.

With its big 175-hp V4, hypersport frame, Öhlins pilot-controlled suspension and advanced electronics, the Tuono V4 Factory is one hell of a machine, with unfathomable limits and eloquent excitement. The wink of an eye in this special edition will delight those who fell in love with it at first sight when the original RSV4 was unveiled, beautiful and sporty beyond belief. Misters Biaggi and Guintoli took it all the way to the World Championship title, on 4 occasions.
