presentation of the RS 125 2005
arnaud Vincent's machine in your hands, the one with which he won his world championship title... are you interested? That's exactly what Aprilia is offering with its RS 125. A double replica of a GP bike, and the RS 250 from the same manufacturer (also a championship terror). Along with the Cagiva Mito, it's vying for the position of best 125 sportbike on the market. And it's got what it takes: 40 mm inverted fork, banana swingarm, lightened rims, featherweight, overpowered engine... in full power. In its legal version, the bike requires you to play with the gearbox to ensure it's always at the right rpm. When released (the bike no longer complies with legislation), the little bombshell develops more than 34 hp, or 280 hp/liter. To appreciate this potential, an oversized chassis with a huge brake disc. Driving the RS means prodigious performance - stability and precision are a must. To be appreciated on the racetrack - city and country rides are not in its genetic heritage.
