presentation of the TnT 899 Century Racer 2011
in 2011, Benelli celebrates its 100th anniversary. The small family workshop in Pesaro certainly didn't expect such longevity when it started repairing cars and bikes at the beginning of the 20th century. Then came the Motoleggera in 1921, victory in the Tourist Trophy in 1939, the 750 Sei in the 70s, the decline... And a stunning return to the limelight with the remarkable Tornado and TnT. It's the roadster that will carry on its shoulders the honor of celebrating Benelli's centenary. But let's not get carried away: the bride's dowry isn't all that generous. Like the mighty 1130, this CENTURY RACER edition is a Cafe Racer with special paintwork, a '100 Anniversary' sticker and a vintage Benelli logo. There's also a new 50 mm diameter Marzocchi inverted fork adjustable from all sides, new Brembo radial brake calipers, revised suspension, alcantara seat and new fuel injection mapping. The TnT Century Racer will also be available with the 3-cylinder 1130 cm3... in other countries; import is not planned for France.
