presentation of the 1100 TESI 3D ROCK GOLD 2009
the Tesi 3D is the culmination of an almost 20-year project, culminating in the most surprising machine in Bimota production, and certainly one of the most unusual in motorcycle production. But Bimota is also an expression of luxury in our motorcycling subconscious. That's 2 good reasons to treat yourself to this reactionary machine. So, who was this Rock Gold edition created for?
dAAD Dantone. Doesn't ring a bell, does it? Not unless you're an avid Italian shopper. This is the name of a number of brand-name clothing boutiques with a predisposition for luxury. You'll find names like Borsalino, Fila, Galliano and Pagano; a guarantee of quality and creativity. DAAD Dantone and the aforementioned brands have joined forces to create the ROCK GOLD collection, a line that's both elegant... and expensive. What better way to present this collection than with a Bimota, especially when it's a one-off? Yes, just one, just one model, to dress up the Milan boutique, making it an exhibition that sets the scene. The frame, stamped with the number 00, is made up of 2 carbon side plates. As on other Tesi models, 2 swingarms are attached on either side. The gold-trimmed black paintwork is the final touch when the eye discovers this exceptional model.
