presentation of the 1100 Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia 2025
I might as well tell you right now, you're closer to fantasy than hypothetical reality. The new Ducati Panigale V4 special series, the Tricolore Italia, is an object out of reach, out of reason, flirting with the limits of passion.
Let's hurt it right away:
- It's abominably expensive: 85,000 bales
- Only 163 units planned, so not many available
- They're all already reserved..
So, unless your name is Danny Ocean (Ocean's 11) or you're waiting for an auction at Christie's, the admiring motorcyclist can only dream of conquering it at the drop of a hat.
And it's true, there's plenty to drool over for hours on end. The latest 1100 Panigale V4 S is a top-flight pistard, with a super-powerful 216 hp engine, an incredible chassis and electronics worthy of Dassault Aviation.
Even greater agility and braking power
The Tricolore Italia comes standard with technical equipment that enhances its performance on the track and makes it unique. Carbon fiber wheels reduce weight by 950 grams compared to the forged wheels of the Panigale V4 S, lowering the moment of inertia by 12% at the front and 19% at the rear. Thanks to these wheels, the bike's agility increases when changing direction, and the tendency of the bike to close the trajectory under acceleration when still lean is amplified.

The new Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia is also the first production bike in the world to feature the Front Brake Pro+ front braking system, made up of two finned Brembo T-Drive discs with a diameter of 338.5 mm and a thickness of 6.2 mm, which increase braking power and performance consistency, and GP4 Sport Production racing calipers machined from solid, road-approved and equipped with cooling fins. This system, used by official Ducati riders in the Race of Champions 2024, is derived from the racing calipers used in the World Superbike Championship on the most demanding circuits. Finally, the front brake pump is an MCS 19.21 with remote adjustment of the brake lever position, as used on MotoGP and Superbike bikes.
The Tricolore Italia's special equipment is rounded off by a dry clutch, precision-cut aluminum adjustable footrests and a GPS module. Those wishing to use it on the track will also have at their disposal a solid aluminum racing fuel cap, brake caliper conveyors, a carbon fiber open clutch cover and a license plate bracket removal kit, all supplied as standard. The riding experience of this vintage motorcycle will be made even more special thanks to an Alcantara seat, racing bubble and dedicated dashboard animation on ignition. What's more, each Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia carries Pecco Bagnaia's original signature on the tank and will be delivered in an exclusive, customized wooden crate for transport.
Exclusivity in metal
Like all collector's Ducatis, this model is also made unique by a numbered plaque on the top fork crown in solid-cut aluminum, featuring the model name, the circuit profile and an inscription celebrating the lap record set by Bagnaia.
The Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia comes with a certificate of authenticity and a dedicated motorcycle cover, delivered in a special custom crate created to match the livery. The unit number is also shown on the aluminum badge on the ignition key.
Finally, the uniqueness of the Tricolore Italia is enhanced by the possibility, reserved for owners, of completing its look with a limited-edition professional suit, made from fine kangaroo leather, color-matched to the bike.

Presented at the Ministry of Companies and Made in Italy (MIMIT), the Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia is a collector's model - produced in just 163 numbered units and signed by Francesco Bagnaia - that takes enthusiasts back to the extraordinary date of June 2, 2024 when, on Republic Day, the Ducati Lenovo team raced at Mugello, the Ducati Lenovo team took part in the Italian Grand Prix with a special Azzurro livery, in homage to the color of the Italian national sports teams, taking first and second place with Bagnaia and Bastianini, thus achieving a dream double with two Italian riders on the highest steps of the podium.
The presentation event for the Ducati Panigale V4 Tricolore Italia took place in the prestigious Salone degli Arazzi inside the Palazzo Piacentini in Rome, headquarters of MIMIT, a place symbolic of Italian entrepreneurial and industrial excellence. The bike was presented by Ducati CEO Claudio Domenicali, in the presence of the Minister for Enterprise and Made in Italy, Adolfo Urso.
