presentation of the 796 MONSTER 20th Anniversary 2013
the M 796 is the best-selling Monster on French soil in 2012. Its strengths: a twin that's full but not overflowing, a chassis like we love, fun and style. Even more so in this 20th anniversary edition.
The success story began 1/5th of a century ago. The year 1993 saw the unveiling of the 900 Mostro; the colors of the time were transposed to the M 796: the frame becomes bronze-colored, the Ducati red on the tank, mudguard and seat cover is that of the first Mostro, and a chrome finish is added to the frame.the headlamp is finished in chrome, the fork bushes are finished in champagne, and a number of engine and chassis components are finished in light grey. A nice little symbolic decoration, so that you can continue to write the history of the Monster.
