Design

thanks to the experience of Sam Sunderland, who took part in the design process, the manufacturer has created a package worthy of a champion. Highly ergonomic design guarantees total freedom of movement to reduce fatigue, while the rider's contact points with the bike are optimized to enable all riders to attack the track with minimum effort. The RX 450 F replica is specifically designed for racing, with an ultra-light carbon-fiber GPS holder mounted behind the front fairing, reducing neck strain at high speeds.

Air filter housing

intelligently designed and perfectly positioned for unlimited performance, the air filter housing delivers a stream of clean air directly into the engine for instant throttle response. Inside, a large Twin Air filter protects the intake from dirt and dust particles, while the ingenious design of the air filter housing protects all electrical components.

Handlebars, grips and throttle

Engine

equipped with the high-tech 4-stroke engine of the MC 450F motocrosser, the RX 450 F replica is no slouch. The clutch and gearbox have been strengthened, while the Pankl connecting rod and piston combination is synonymous with performance and durability.

Cylinder head

derived directly from the MC 450F engine, the SOHC cylinder head has undergone transformations at the outlet to further enhance performance. The single overhead camshaft activates four ultra-light titanium valves via extremely strong rocker arms. For maximum durability, the intake rocker arm is finished with DLC (Diamond-like carbon).

Cylinder and piston

at the heart of the RX 450 F replica is the CP crate piston. Integrated into a lightweight aluminum cylinder, it delivers intense power with minimal vibration.

Gearbox

Its high-quality titanium construction and reduced length keep overall weight to a minimum.

DDS clutch

long days on the bike call for a solid clutch capable of withstanding the demands of rallying. Housed inside a CNC-machined steel bell, the DDS (Damped Diaphragm Steel) clutch replaces traditional coil springs with a simple steel pressure plate diaphragm. It also incorporates a damping system to improve traction and durability. For the finishing touch, GasGas chose a component straight out of Factory Racing: a Hinson clutch housing. As well as being aesthetically pleasing, it's made from CNC-machined, aircraft-grade aluminum, then covered with a hard black coating to prevent wear on your bellows.

Brakes

if you need to brake in a hurry, don't worry: the Brembo brakes fitted to the RX 450 F replica are the best in their class. With a 300 mm disc at the front and a 240 mm disc at the rear, both deliver superior, controllable stopping power.
