presentation of the 1400 ZZR Performance Edition 2011

in the super-missile tradition, the ZZR 1400 still proudly defends its territory (shaken by an overpowering Hayabusa), more intimidating than ever with its technical repertoire, disturbing look and new attributes that earn it the new adjective of Performance Edition. Just the thing to illustrate a 90s radio slogan: "You can still push the volume knob to the max".

more style, more sound, more performance. Here, the ZZR is fitted with a pair of Akrapovic mufflers in place of the original two large shrouds. These appendages give a sportier look, should free the bike from a good set of kilos (estimated at 6.5), and allow the 200 hp 4-cylinder to breathe with more gusto - half a dozen more drunks would be in the stable. The line of the rear section has also been refined by the addition of a seat cover. As for the cockpit, an aerodynamically optimized bubble tops the forkhead, further enhancing rider protection. A set of tank protection stickers completes the package. Price? Ah... er... Well, you'll have to allow for a little inflation.

very healthy doesn't wriggle even in rapidos, and easy to disengage (I did it myself and I'm not a mechanic! the passenger is a little far from the driver a little awkward to hold when it moves a little: apart from that nickel. well it's a tire boggler but on the fuel side it's reasonable given the tool Rating : 4/5
