ampersand is a Rwandan motorcycle brand marketing an electric model called e-Moto. The battery is interchangeable to avoid long recharging times. It's also a low-cost 2-wheeler capable of competing with combustion-powered models in terms of purchase and maintenance costs. Range is claimed to be 65 km, with a top speed of 80 km/h.
