presentation of the 800 Dragster Blackout 2.0 2018
MV-Agusta motorcycles are among today's most beautiful. Desirable, demanding, and a source of fantasy for some. Amateurs and professionals alike sometimes want to go the extra mile, as does the Italian company Valter Moto Components. This small company specializes in technical parts and meticulous work on steel, aluminum and titanium alloys.
After creating the "Blackout" Dragster, Valter is back with version 2.0. This evolution focuses on the wheels, tires and other components, while preserving the work of the first model. But before you even touch it, the heart of the creation catches your eye.
The most spectacular and bizarre element is undoubtedly the inverted exhaust system. A striking and captivating piece of nonsense, finished to an astonishing standard. Made entirely of titanium, the line makes a U-turn just before the rear wheel to divide into three pipes ejecting the gases towards the front of the machine. One of a kind!
The Blackout is crafted from every angle, with parts in aluminum, titanium and tergal. The latter is found in the brake fluid reservoirs and adjustable footrests. Titanium is used for half-handlebars and plate supports. Aluminum is omnipresent, from the fork tees to the multiple protections (levers, frame, engine). The fork tubes receive an anti-friction treatment from Cirafici, while the shock absorber comes from Bitubo. There are also a few carbon parts, such as the air ducts for cooling the Brembo M50 calipers - which take care of the unusual "Batfly" discs.

The Dragster Blackout 2.0 also gets new "Jonich Wheels" rims, a multifocal headlamp, an additional light at the bottom of the fork, specific trim pieces and a graphic treatment by Tecnoart Sersan - a Milan-based firm that often collaborates with MV-Agusta on first-rate creations.
This high-flying creation is made up of a whole set of kits, which can be purchased separately from the bike. Only 62 kits are planned worldwide. The Blackout 2.0 will be even rarer, with 19 units planned. The Valter Moto workshop needs two months to customize it. It will take much longer to tire of or turn away from such a preparation.
