Peugeot Motocycles, now owner of DAB Motors, is celebrating the Paris 2024 Olympic Games with a limited series of electric motorcycles called “To the Glory of Sport”. This exclusive collection, inspired by five sporting disciplines, is based on the top-of-the-range DAB 1α (Alpha) model, an electric motorcycle equivalent to a 125cc.
A variety of sports in the spotlight
Each of the five motorcycles in this series takes the color of an Olympic ring and pays tribute to a specific sport. Outdoor sports, indoor sports... The choice of disciplines represented by DAB Custom Studio was certainly not made at random. The blue model is dedicated to surfing, with a board support and tires suitable for coastal paths. Green represents tennis, with a ball basket on the fork and a racket under the saddle. Yellow, evoking basketball courts, incorporates a sports bag for carrying a ball. The red bike, inspired by boxing, features a glove and water bottle fixed to the rear, while the black one celebrates urban sports with graffiti on the fairing and a skateboard board fixed to a dedicated bracket.

Among the five models, the one dedicated to tennis features tires reminiscent
of the color of the Roland-Garros clay (bottom right).
With this unique collection, DAB Motors combines performance and design, celebrating sport through meticulous aesthetics and specific equipment, offering an original interpretation of the Olympic disciplines. Born in the South-West of France, DAB Motors has made rapid progress since its launch in customizable motorcycles in 2019. Thanks to the support of Peugeot Motocycles, the brand was able to bring its project to fruition with the production of the DAB 1α earlier this year.
No technical changes have therefore been announced for these detailed concepts. Technically, these bikes share the same configuration as the standard DAB 1α, with a 25.5 kW motor and 7.1 kWh battery, enabling a top speed of 130 km/h and a range of up to 150 km. Produced in just 400 examples, this special series is priced at around €15,000.
“Keeping the flame alive”, ran the headline in the sports daily L'Equipe, the day after the closing ceremony. Just as the Paris 2024 Olympics left their mark on people's minds, these motorcycles will try to last over time.
