News Harley baggers enter MotoGP.

Harley-Davidson and MotoGP have announced the launch of a new international motorcycle racing championship, as part of an exclusive partnership, featuring the American brand's Bagger models. Launched in 2026, the championship will run in parallel with selected MotoGP race weekends around the world.

Developed in collaboration with MotoGP, this exclusive series will feature Road Glide models prepared for racing by the Harley-Davidson Factory Racing team and developed specifically for competition. Weighing around 280 kg, developing over 200 horsepower and producing 280 Nm of torque, these machines can reach speeds in excess of 300 km/h. All bikes will be technically designed to ensure parity between teams and riders, offering an exciting racing experience.

The series will be integrated into six MotoGP race weekends in its inaugural season - five rounds in Europe and one in the USA - marking another important step in Harley-Davidson's ambitions in international competition. Each round will feature two main races, allowing the top-ranked riders to accumulate championship points and offering fans the chance to witness an exceptional weekend of competition.

The creation of the Harley-Davidson BaggerGP builds on Harley-Davidson's recent return to competition, including the success of the MotoAmerica Mission King of the Baggers championship and the Harley-Davidson Factory Racing team.
