presentation of the SFV 650 GLADIUS BOSS 2014
Good and easy to ride, the Suzuki 650 Gladius hasn't enjoyed the same glory as its predecessor, the SV 650. This was due to an overly gentle design, not always appreciated for its minuteness. But in this BOSS version, the Gladius recovers a dose of charisma to great effect. The influence of the big Intruder M 1800 R lends salvific depth to the SVF 650.
in addition to this dark dress, cingily enhanced by yellow accents, the Gladius BOSS is equipped with a selection of rather nice parts: a set of diabolos, specific handlebar ends, a pair of protective pads, a set of rider and passenger footrests, finished off with a special plate holder and tail light. Best of all? Yes, but as an option: the exhaust system. Originally almost undrinkable, it has been replaced by a Yoshimura unit bearing the name of the bike and the accessory manufacturer.
Presented at the 2014 24 Hours of Le Mans alongside the GSR 750 BOSS, the Gladius 650 BOSS will be available in standard or ABS versions.
