presentation of the TF 450-C 2026
Triumph's TF 450-C is the perfect choice for those who want to tackle obstacles, defy gravity and perform over long distances.
Developed in collaboration with renowned riders and tested on terrain the world over, this machine combines the DNA of motocross with the strength of cross-country. Designed for riders aiming for big cross-country performance or tackling technical trails, it offers the agility, torque and endurance needed to go the distance and come out on top.
The TF 450-C's engine is optimized for cross-country riding thanks to several specially developed engine maps, available with the optional MX Tune Pro module, optimized torque and race-ready durability. The lightweight, bespoke chassis, top-of-the-range suspension with cross-country settings and large 8.3-liter fuel tank offer even greater agility and endurance. To give riders an extra edge, state-of-the-art electronics and driving aids enhance control and confidence over changing terrain.
A proven engine package!
At the heart of the TF 450-C is the latest engine developed by Triumph for competition, offering best-in-class performance and power-to-weight ratio in the cross-country segment.
The model offers smooth, controllable torque for technical terrain, linear power for precision on singletrack and explosive acceleration for high-speed racing. Forged aluminum piston, DelWest titanium valves and Diamond-Like Carbon (DLC) treatments reduce friction and enhance durability. The lightweight magnesium cover and advanced cooling system guarantee consistent performance, making this engine as tough as it is responsive.

The TF 450-C is designed for riders who demand power and endurance over long, demanding stages. Its 450 cm3, single-cylinder, four-stroke engine develops 62.4 hp at 9,500 rpm and 49.9 Nm at 7,000 rpm, with wider torque and high-rpm performance that dominate steep climbs and high-speed straights.
A high-capacity clutch with hard-anodized basket, Brembo hydraulic calipers and master cylinders with Galfer discs, plus a five-speed gearbox with quickshifter, offer seamless control and endurance. The narrow engine design improves interaction with the brake pedal, giving riders the confidence to push harder over varied terrain.
Handling and precision
Triumph's unique lightweight chassis is designed to deliver optimum balance, control and confidence on the most demanding off-road terrain. Specially adapted to the rigors of GNCC-style racing and long-distance endurance events, the unique aluminum frame features dual cradles and a lightweight construction that maximizes strength without compromising responsiveness.
Combined with off-road-optimized suspension and rider-centric geometry, the chassis offers a high level of adjustability to suit different rider styles and preferences, enabling them to go further, ride longer and stay in control in all conditions.

Rider-focused technology
Designed to meet the demands of multi-terrain, mass-start cross-country racing, the TF 450-C is equipped with a selection of high-end components and advanced electronics. Offering a competitive edge, it is equipped with application-controlled engine management, two engine maps, starting aid, traction control and a quickshifter for clutchless shifting between second and fifth gears. These driver aids enable perfect adaptation to changing terrain and racing strategy, boosting confidence and control at every stage of the race.
Suspension performance is assured by KYB's renowned AOS coil-spring system, featuring air-oil separation for constant damping and precise handling. D.I.D DirtStar 7000 series aluminum wheels with black anodized finish are combined with lightweight Triumph-designed hubs and Dunlop Geomax AT82 all-terrain tires, offering exceptional grip, agility and durability on all types of terrain
Other race-ready features include ODI Lock-On grips, ProTaper Evo MX Alloy handlebars and an Exedy racing clutch for precise engagement under pressure. A 44 mm Dell'Orto throttle body and Triumph's ECU, developed in partnership with Athena, optimize engine performance, while a washable TwinAir air filter simplifies maintenance. The TF 450-C is also equipped with an 8.3-liter translucent fuel tank, enduro handguards, heavy-duty guards and a side stand, completing a package designed for uncompromising off-road performance.
Specially designed to dominate cross-country, these race-ready machines will be available in the USA, Canada, France and New Zealand.
