presentation of the YBR 125 2016

small and discreet, the YBR 125 is one of those unassuming machines that want to take you everywhere, all the time. They used to be legion, part of everyone's daily routine. Today, this little urban Yam is one of the few Japanese models in this segment. Half-utility, half-girlfriend, it gained in style in 2014 with a sharpened headlight, outlining the outline of a forkhead.

this appendage restores its boldness without changing its nature. There are no other technical modifications to disrupt its obligations. With a simple steel chassis, a 4-stroke fuel-injected single, and a luggage rack to stow a few things, the YBR 125 is ready to take on the city. Don't expect any great enthusiasm or sportiness. The machine is intended to be economical, accessible, easy, simple... the exact opposite of an R1, and that's exactly what we want from it. With the arrival of the MT-125, the YBR will have to follow in the footsteps of its long-toothed sister. But it retains a pricing advantage that is far from insignificant.

French Model 2016
utility bike par excellence reliable, always ready to go, low fuel consumption allows 400 kms without refuelling low maintenance Rating : 5/5
French Model 2016
My 125 is from 2009...380,000 km and no worries.maintenance is very inexpensive and must be regular. Reliability is a given if you drive quietly! It's not a sports bike, it lacks power of course, but it's an excellent 125, more urban than freeway, of course, but you can still take it for a joyride. It'll take you wherever you want to go. Ciao and bon route! Rating : 5/5
French Yamaha450 Model 2015
Lightweight, reliable (except in the event of a fall, it's folded), very accessible because it's easy to use, inexpensive, doesn't consume much and very practical. All good reasons to buy it. However, it's sorely lacking in power, and you get the impression that it's running out of steam well before the red zone. The moped tires and haphazard brakes make sporty driving very difficult. The very simple dashboard is suitable for city riding, but is far from rivalling the yzf125r's complete instrument panel. In short, if you're looking for a utility bike for the city and the Perif, you can buy it with your eyes closed. However, you'll have to go for a sportier model if you want to go beyond 100 km/h Rating : 3/5
fiabilité ?
French f4cxf Model 2015
The final drive is fragile, the tires light and in danger, the saddle narrow for my tushy, the nuts and bolts poorly made, the BV bearings tired after the end of the warranty. Otherwise, for PR traffic, it's just as efficient as a monster or an mp3 900. Rating : 2/5
