The Marvel universe extends as far as the motorcycle; a well-chosen vector of communication in the realm of action. The Iron Man character is among the best-known and best-loved of the superhero empire. Yamaha Brazil has seized on his image to transpose it onto a special series of MT-03s.

The red-and-gold armor created by Tony Stark on the bike's deco is a real eye-catcher. Flashy, extravagant, and so much brighter than the sad gray, black or blue of the range. But here, the carnival look might put some people off... and on the contrary, make many fans, bikers or not, dream.
The MT-03 also gets a few little symbols: the Avengers logo on the fork head and the stylized helmet on a sitcker affixed to the tank.

Alas, looking like Iron Man's armor won't allow it to fly at Mach 8, as Brazilians will have to make do with 42 horsepower from the 321cc single-cylinder engine. No big deal. Let's not forget that in this country, requirements are not the same. There, small and medium-displacement bikes are king; the strongest bikes on offer are the MT-09 and 900 Tracer(^2nd generation).
Technically and dynamically identical to the standard MT-03, this Stark offspring will be sold in 480 units.

The world of comic books seems to be far more important in Brazil than it is here. In addition to this MT-03 "Homem de Ferro", Yam also offers a Fazer 250 "Captain Marvel", another in a "Pantera Negra" edition and a Lander 250 "Capitao America".
The many films give a few motorcycles, such as Harley Softail Slim, 750 Street and LiveWire, Triumph 1200 Thruxton, CCM Spitfire, Ducati Scrambler, etc., a share of screen glory for the duration of a scene. So we can look forward to more winks in the years to come.
