presentation of the 1100 RSV4 X ex3ma 2025
The idea is simple. You start off, remember every corner, every trajectory, every grain of asphalt... and try to break the circuit record. Because with theAprilia RSV4 X ex3ma, you've got the bike to do it!
After the sultry X Trenta, Aprilia takes its hypersport radicalism a step further. Directly from its Factory Works competition-customer department, the new Noale bomb has been designed, developed, improved and transcended to make it a weapon very close to the official machines.
In terms of aerodynamics, the ex3ma makes a quantum leap over the X Trenta. The face retains some of the identity of the RSV4 lineage, but the entire fairing has been modified. Whereas its predecessor was "content" to enlarge its whiskers and add a spoiler in front of the rear tire (nicknamed the spoon), the ex3ma features a wave-shaped wing in front of the muzzle, almost identical to that of the RS-GP. It generates 5 times more downforce than the Trenta's winglets.
The entire fairing, in carbon, has nothing in common with that of an RSV4. Additional fins have been added to the side panels, while the more enveloping shape triples downforce in corners. The RSV4 X ex3ma is the first off-the-shelf motorcycle to feature a ground-effect aerodynamic system. The RSV4 X ex3ma benefits from the huge amount of work and enthusiasm in this field on the part of Aprilia and all the other MotoGP players. In the same vein, the "spoon" under the swingarm is still there. And there are new "cornering fins" between the brake calipers and the ground.
The explosive engine produces the same amount of horsepower as the Trenta, i.e. 230 horsepower. A 13-horsepower improvement over the original 1100 RSV4 block. This more-than-fearsome power comes on at 13,500 rpm, but the 4-cylinder still revs up to 13,900 rpm. Torque is also stronger, rising from 12.7 to 13.4 mkg. The power gain is achieved through an increased compression ratio, a Sprint Filter air filter and a freer exhale. SC Project supplies a new exhaust system, with titanium headers and two symbolic carbon tailpipes, as on the 250 2-strokes of the golden age.
Factory Works doesn't just supply a missile with this beast. The rider also gets state-of-the-art electronics with an APX-type ECU. Simply what they use in the World Superbike Championship. This electronic box incorporates the same racing strategies as the racing models. Its sensors are specifically designed to fine-tune electronic assistance and data acquisition. The APX allows the rider to precisely calibrate traction, wheeling, power distribution and engine braking controls in every gear. An integrated GPS system further enhances the system.

with the purchase of this bike, Aprilia offers you a Yashi computer for ECU settings. It's also possible to adjust the assistants while riding, using the dedicated Jetprime controls.
Suspension is set manually - as befits this level of excellence. The machine has full Öhlins suspension, with an inverted FKR pressurized fork and TTX-type shock absorber. Braking is close to wall-banging, with impressive Brembo GP4-MS calipers (in cut-to-size aluminum with nickel finish) pushing Z04 racing pads; all biting into large 330 mm T-Drive discs. The jaws are cooled by carbon tunnels.
As this bike is not allowed to line up on a competition starting grid, it can avoid certain prohibitions. The use of carbon rims is forbidden in competition... Aprilia doesn't care. So it takes advantage of the situation, seizes the material, and its GP TEK wheels provide even greater agility and more than substantial weight savings. The shoes match, with Pirelli Diablo SC-1 (front) 125/70 - 17 and SC-X (rear) 200/65 - 17. In other words, the same tires as those used on World Superbikes. What's more, it weighs less than the championship machines: 165 kg, or 3 kg less.

the RSV4 X ex3ma also boasts a host of parts added for the sole purpose of performance: adjustable footrest plates, a Brembo PR19x16 master cylinder, oversized radiators from Taleo Tecnoracing, a titanium sprocket and lightened sprocket from PBR, an RK 520 racing chain, a clutch lever, a fork crown (engraved with the limited series number), a fuel filler cap, engine crankcases and a brake lever guard made from machined aluminum.
Aprilia Racing began a performance collection for a discerning public with the RSV 4 X. This was followed by Volume 2 with the Tuono X; then Episode 3 with the RSV4 X Trenta. Chapter 4 is dedicated to the ex3ma edition, the pinnacle of on-track efficiency for experienced and wealthy riders. only 30 examples will be offered, at a price of 80,000 euros each.

after booking on factoryworks.aprilia.com, buyers will collect their fabulous tool directly from Aprilia's Racing Department in Noale. From there, they'll be treated to a tour of the racing division and a few goodies for their RSV4 X ex3ma: a personalized cover, a rear stand and a dedicated floor mat. Will they bump into Max Biaggi in the corridors? Most certainly. The multiple world champion (GP and SBK) was involved in the development and tuning of this pistarde. In fact, the overall design is modelled on the RS 250 with which he triumphed in the mid-90s.
