presentation of the 1200 R NineT Scrambler ''Masters'' 2018
At the 75th edition of the famous Italian Open golf tournament, a surprise guest raised the glamour factor. As a partner of the event, BMW teamed up with the Unit Garage preparation workshop to present a 1200 NineT Scrambler "Masters". Adorned with a host of accessories, the roadster is transformed into a caddy of choice.
between the players and the courses, this NineT is a top-trend exercise that's far more demonstrative than practical. The highlight is the golf bag attached to the right-hand side, via a special holder. The Bavarian neo-retro roadster certainly likes to associate itself with considered elements: a surfboard for the Path 22, a basket with the Echappée belle...
This beautiful piece of leather will only be available on order, in small series. All other items mounted on the "Masters" are taken from the Unit Garage catalog, such as the canvas/leather panniers, a mock tobacco pouch mounted on the reall other components on the "Masters" come from the Unit Garage catalogue, including canvas/leather saddlebags, a mock tobacco pouch mounted on the rear frame via a roll bar and leather band, cross handlebars with leather-covered protective foam, a personal number-plate holder, a series-printed saddle, a titanium twin silencer and a front luggage rack. Special mention should be made of the spoked rims and treaded tires, which are much more suited to off-roading than a Scrambler should be. On the other hand, it's likely to massacre the green in no time.
A charming proposition for fans of the European Tour and mechanical hum. It's as kitsch as you could wish for, fundamentally aesthetic and in keeping with the brand's values.
For the average biker, if only they appreciated the gesture.
