nicolo Bulega may be less well known than Bagnaia or Bautista... But he too is flying the Ducati flag. Riding a Panigale V2, the Italian rider won the 2023 World Supersport Championship.

Its appearance is impeccably modelled on that of the racing wheel, apart from the position of the exhausts and the color of the forks.

This Panigale V2 is enhanced by Öhlins suspension and steering damper, and Akrapovic racing mufflers. The Slovenian exhausts increase power by 2.5% and torque by 2%, and contribute to reducing the bike's weight by 5 kg, as does the Li-ion battery.

The Rizoma rider's footrests are adjustable and made of aluminum. The front and rear mudguards, chain guard, clutch housing, swingarm housing and shock absorber guard are made of carbon fiber. The Panigale V2 dedicated to Bulega can also be made more racing-like with the accessory kit for removing the number plate and rear-view mirrors, and the brushed aluminum racing fuel filler cap.

like the limited edition V4 models and the pure racing bikes, this Ducat' is offered in single-seater configuration only. To authenticate its pedigree, each machine is adorned with an aluminum upper fork crown with laser-engraved model name and progressive number. Power-up is also a special moment, as the Panigale benefits from a dedicated key and an animation on the dashboard during initialization. What's more, the seat is made from a special material, with the rider's logo just like on the racing bike.

Each model will be made unique by the rider's original autograph on the tank, which will then be varnished. What's more, the bikes will be supplied with a certificate of authenticity and delivered in a special wooden crate with dedicated graphics and a personalized bike cover.

does all this justify a price tag twice that of a standard Panigale V2? Certainly not. For some time now, when you buy a Ducati special series, you're not acquiring a motorcycle; you're expressing your status as a wealthy collector.

why 111 machines produced? No explanation was given. But since the rider has become the championship's No. 1 and bears the race number 11.... The answer is obvious.
