presentation of the SCRAMBLER 800 Classic 2016

The Scrambler is the modern reinterpretation of the Scrambler. The former wants to have fun and restore a taste for simple, sparkling machines; the latter fell asleep 40 years ago and was thinking the same thing. The Classic version of the 800 Scrambler is the one that most wants to recapture the bouquet of its ancestor. You love the '70s? So does this one. The "Orange Sunshine" color scheme, with a black stripe across the tank, is very equivocal, delicately obtempered by the logo identical to that on the machine of yesteryear.

the vintage brown saddle, the spoked rims and the more generous aluminum mudguards - these are all details that play an important part in the spirit that this bike is intended to convey. Beneath the seventies fragrance, everyone will find the very latest technology: fuel injection, ABS, 330 mm brake disc with 4-piston radial caliper, LED signature headlight, specific Pirelli Dual Sport tires; and an engine that bridges the gap between the two. The desmo twin (reworked) from the old Monster 796s develops 75 hp, and remains the brand's only air-cooled, twin-valve-per-cylinder engine. The Scrambler isn't a thunderbolt, and we don't care. The pleasure lies elsewhere.
Not in the price, which stings a little. The Ducati Scrambler Classic pays for its originality, riding the wave of neo-retro premium and a well-oiled marketing strategy. But let's face it, it's nice to see such a fun, relaxed machine in the catalog.

French scrambler Model 2018
Pleasant to ride, light, easy to handle, a great little toy with a cool look! Rating : 5/5
French Guigui8534 Model 2017
Premium neo-retro, assembled in Asia, for the price, but not for the engine (about ten years old). At this price, you'd expect a little more, especially with the Euro4 switchover, such as a handful of extra horsepower and torque (for an 800 cc), as well as lower fuel consumption and maintenance costs. Nice to look at, no doubt to ride, but still without me, for everyday use. Rating : 3/5

first of all, congratulations for your site, even if the BMW xcountry doesn't appear on it, although it deserves to. I know I'm not really in the right place, but I wanted to tell you that in the technical data sheets, I'd like to find the caster angle. Also, a little "place" to leave you this type of message would be very practical too:)
best regards. Bruno de Nant.
