Motorcycle specifications DucatiScrambler 1100 Tribute Pro 2022 A spicilège and some chestnuts*
presentation of the Scrambler 1100 Tribute Pro 2022
When Ducati brought out the 1100 Scrambler, it was for much more torque, a stronger chassis, and the joy of returning to the big desmo with its heat-shielded fins. But something was missing. A spicier blend of memories and sights. A bike with the scent of vanilla and cigars.
Well , we've got that cocktail with the 1100 Tribute Pro. This umpteenth version of the Scrambler plumes the freshness of the Icon with a little more cane sugar, dry-tasting 1079 cm3 and a few attributes of an old acquaintance. It's a pleasure to find the spoked rims, unearthed from the still-warm closet of the Scrambler Special.
The Tribute Pro has a clear idea of how to present itself. The ochre-yellow color scheme and the typography on the tank are a guide for collectors. We plunge into the 70s to honor the first air-cooled twin. That was in 1971, to power the 750 GT. Half a century later, Ducati presents a motorcycle that revives that era. Small details, such as the circular mirrors and the brown saddle with topstitching, accompany the wink.
A tribute to time, and to the engine that has lived through it. The 1100 Scramblers all use it with the same specifications. Some 86 hp at 7,500 rpm and a maximum of 9 mkg of torque at 4,750 rpm. Not very impressive for an engine of this displacement. But it's not these figures that are important. It's the tour de force of getting this mechanical relic - neither liquid nor multi-valve - past Euro5, with its inimitable character.
The chassis is no different from any other big Scrambler. The tubular steel frame is discreet and serene. The Tribute receives the same components as the 1100 Dark Pro andex-Pro: a fully adjustable 45 mm Marzocchi inverted fork, Kayaba shock absorber, 150 mm travel, two 320 mm front brake discs with Brembo M4.32 4-piston radial calipers, active cornering ABS, a 245 mm rear brake disc with a single-tooth jaw, some 211 kilos fully loaded and 15 liters of benzine in the belly.

The Italian twin refreshed by the wind running over the metal - a pantheon of the brand. Does it live in recent years in the Scrambler? The twin isn't interested in fashion or time - it loves mid-range revs, to pound the arteries and shake the back.
The 1100 Tribute Pro is a reminder of 50 years of mechanical passion. A cult following comes at a hefty price, and the performance is that of a passionate heart.
