japan, Italy, Spain... Now it's Korea's turn to place its sports team in the 125 class. The little CBR is no longer alone in the 4-stroke arena, and its new rivals won't spare it. After the Rieju RS2, here's a new 125 for apprentice racers: the GT 125 R - a scaled-down copy of the 650. In fact, up close and personal, the mimicry is more than flattering: perimeter frame (but with a different structure), V-twin engine, full sport fairing, large inverted fork; even the digital instrument panel is copied from its big sister.

Derived from the Comet 125 roadster, the GT 125 R also features low-mounted handlebars and an air-cooled twin. At around 15 hp, the little twin delivers just about the legal maximum - relatively little power to carry the machine's 150 kg. What will handicap it most is its not exactly democratic price tag.

bonjour romains tu disais avoir un kit up pour ton hyosung 125 ...voila peux vous me dire s'il est visible a l'oeuil.bien que je suppose que non...i've had a 125 hyosung for a short time and I don't know how you can tell if there's an up kit, even though the previous owner told me he'd been up to 138 km/h on the odometer at full throttle downhill. It's not bridled. It's a 4-stroke engine, and 15 horsepower is all you can get out of it. You can squeeze a little more out of it with a pot, or carburetor work, but that's about as far as it goes. 05/31/2012 17:18 Rating : 3/5 Participate in the conversation

perso j'ai posseder cette moto et avant une 125 RS version libre. et actuellement j'ai une 125 XRX SM et je peux dire que j'ai préféré la GTR car certes elle est lorude et ne fasse que 15 ch mais compare à la RS qui et peutre plus puissante et plus legère elle et plus confortable, plus économique aussi bien en consomation qu'a l'entretien, et perso je montais a 140 au compteur donc environ 130 reel avec un bon reglage carbu. j'ai du revendre cette moto pour cause d'argent

what's more, you think you're a bunch of meniacs and you're comparing a 4T with 15hp that can do more than 500 km in a day and consumes 3l/100km to an aprilia Rs or an RG that does 50 km on a full tank and eats pistons every 2000km

those who buy this bike don't necessarily want pure speed, otherwise they'd take a mito or an rs to do 160 for 2km ... but that's not the point, it's a beautiful bike, reliable since 2003 (revised and corrected bike) that goes on for km at an average real speed of 115/120km ... that's 130/140 on the odometer, that's all!

i bought it recently
me without any modification and from the top of my 82 kg I ride it at 138km/h on the speedometer 130 in real speed so...
it's true that on big climbs and with two people, it goes faster, but at the same time, it's still a 125cm3
i don't see myself on a cbr, it looks like a moped, but to each his own for the price, you can find used ones at reasonable prices

bonjour a tous, je possède une gt125r, et depuis 2500km, j'ai cassé: cable d'embrayage, disques d'embrayage, bobine d'alumage( elle tournait sur une patte et mon pot crachait des flammes, il a recuit), problèmes carbu, problèmes de ralenti et pour finir, la vis de ralenti s'seppée! acheter hyosung, c'est repartir à pied!
On the other hand, great braking and handling (even if it's useless when you're dragging at 110!)

In terms of looks and technology, it's a real eye-catcher...The passenger seat even looks comfortable with the grab handles
