powered by a black version of the Thunder Stroke 111 engine and built on the same chassis and suspension as the Chieftain, the Dark Horse comes standard with a solo saddle, a tinted electric windscreenlockable hard saddlebags, ABS, electronic cruise control, tire pressure monitoring system, AM/FM premium audio system, Bluetooth, smartphone connection and keyless ignition. 2017 saw the introduction of Indian's'Ride Command' multimedia package; for 2018, the Dark Horse receives it as standard. The 19-inch wheel and lightened front mudguard are also standard features.
