presentation of the ER-6n 650 2009
Like the ER-6f, Kawa's naked 650 roadster gets a facelift for 2009. A less spectacular change than that of the little tourer, but a noticeable trend towards tauter lines, something more muscular, more worked shapes... In short, the ER-6n has taken a trip to the step room to re-galvanize its body.
The mechanical and technical parts also went through the shape and buttocks center, but more on the physiotherapist side than the coach. The twin-cylinder engine remains the same, with some adjustments to give it more vigor and smoothness. The chassis has been redesigned to better filter vibrations, with a revised swingarm, frame and suspension.
With this facelift, the ER-6n is even more manageable, accessible and attractive. We can already tell that it's not just the Kawa Cup that's going to be fighting...

because I want to install a gipro ds gear indicator
otherwise the bike belongs to my wife and she's very happy with it because it's lighter and easier to handle than a kawa 750, so it's more reassuring Rating : 4/5 Respond to martial
it's an excellent bike for a young licence holder, who can build up a good base in town and on the road. Rating : 4/5 Respond to douguy
I'm looking to buy one, and I've been offered one without ABS. Is this a problem on this bike?
Rating : 5/5 Respond to Gerard
ps: what should i do? buy the kawa er6n 2011 or the ducati monster 696 2011....dure...tough... :s ^^
which one would you recommend? :) Rating : 5/5 Respond to honda xr
But once you've adjusted them to a softer setting, it's much better
In short, it's easy, maneuverable, instinctive, economical and (I think) aesthetically pleasing. It pushes your butt when you need it to. Ideal for a beginner like me
My only complaint is that the first 2 gears lack extension, but 3rd and the rest are a blast! A great twin! I personally recommend it. Rating : 5/5 Respond to Bad
It's a pity that the look of the fork head is questionable. It would have been better if it looked more like the z750
