Motorcycle specifications NeuWaiMT 104 2020 Cruising under strain?

If there's one industry that's seriously (indefectibly?) steeped in tradition, it's the custom sector. In a world where Harley dominates the debates, where Indian blows the wind, where the big twin is almost part of the motorcycling DNA, what fate awaits those who take up the challenge of an electric cruiser?

Tacita believes in it... MoCO is in love with it... Korea wants to play with it with the NeuWai brand. Its MT 104 boasts spectacular styling, worthy of an episode of the animated Cobra - Space Adventure. If the machine is ever born, it's sure to turn heads.
It's even more intriguing in its specific features. With a generous wheelbase, a weight in line with that of the big thermal custom bikes, and extra-wide tires (140 at the front and 200 at the rear), the Korean makes its mark. It also plays on a contrast in performance. Rated for a cool maximum cruising speed of around 150 km/h, it is nonetheless capable of towing a multi-axle caravan. The thruster boasts 75 mkg of torque!!!! A colossal force, equivalent to 4 times the muscle of a 1800 Goldwing. And yet, in terms of wattage, its maximum power is only 47.6 hp (35 Kw).

Can this expression of non-conformism mark its time or its territory? We'll see if it ever sees the light of day. Planned for 2020, like its sporty cousin the MF 104, the NeuWai custom looks like all its announcements surfing on the electric wave, whose future seems more immaterial than concrete. Price and charging time are unknown. But we can console ourselves with a projected range of 140 kms.
