presentation of the GSX-S1000GX + 2025
Among Suzuki's road-going solutions, the GSX-S1000GX is certainly the most iconoclastic motorcycle. This crossover combines comfort, power, a wealth of techno-electronics and a face that stirs the emotions. What's more, it's a dog of a bike. But its hefty price tag, which is far from Suz' usual fare, and its equipment, which is sparser than the competition, do it a bit of a disservice.
The + version should put things right. This additional package provides all the elements it lacks to truly assume a GT vocation. Firstly, heated grips, the first element of survival when the cold asserts itself more than willpower and/or stamina. Next, the machine takes care of the posteriors with a more comfortable seat set; and also more elegant, with red stitching and the GSX-S logo embroidered on the passenger curve.
The most significant aspect of the GSX-S1000GX + is its hips. Two large panniers take up space to carry all you need for a short stay. each holds 26 liters, the equivalent of a few sweaters and sandwiches or a full-face helmet in each hold, along with a large muffin.
Some might say that all this should be standard equipment on this maxi-trail-routier-sport..... As a consolation prize, Suzuki is making an effort on the price of the Pack +. It will cost you 999 euros, i.e. 1,000 less than the initial price. In the accessories department, the panniers alone are worth almost two "violets".
The GSX-S1000GGX+ is now more road-worthy than ever. At a brisk pace, if you feel like it. With 152 horsepower, it's possible to go fast, very fast, under the supervision of a healthy dose of electronics. Do you like technology? This Suzuki's semi-active suspension, three riding modes, traction control, several power levels, anti-wheeling, anti-drift, cruise control, shifter, tilt-responsive braking, Easy Start, 6.5" color TFT screen, smartphone connectivity and USB socket are just some of the features you'll appreciate.

Before all that, let its GSX-R1000-flavored chassis, Brembo brakes and appetite for fast touring do the talking. The motorcycle wants to give itself more assets to convince, in the face of competition often better placed.
