some time ago, Suzuki gave its flagship roadster, the Bandit, a facelift. The N and S versions have been slightly reworked, especially in terms of styling. More fun for the naked, classier for the roadster. The GSF 650 gets a completely new headlamp. Faithful to the traditional round headlamp since its creation in 1995, the bandit now adopts a softly curved element, just like the dashboard above it. This styling exercise is slightly reminiscent of the SVF Gladius, and almost inspired by the Yamaha FZ6 (itself inspired by the MV-Agusta Brutale).the rear end, meanwhile, is reminiscent of the original taillight of the old GSX-Fs. The side covers where the steering column meets the fuel tank are also softer and more elegant. The appearance of a headlight surround also adds to the styling, as do the slimmer turn signals and mirrors. The 2 Bandits benefit from black engine cladding and a rather successful speedometer, featuring cool calligraphy, a speedometer and all the information expected of this model. There's nothing new on the engine front, as liquid-cooled engine blocks are still new to the Bandit dynasty. True to its aggressive pricing policy, the 650 GSF N can still count on a very attractive price tag. It perpetuates its presence on the market, without being able to compete with the stars of the segment, Z 800, Street Triple, MT-09, GSR, ER-6 and so on...

Not very lively
In short, forget it Rating : 1/5 Respond to Bilbot
Admittedly, it lacks power compared to other bikes, but it's still insurable at a reasonable price for a young license holder. What's more, I have no problem keeping up with Hornets or Fazers... See them cold. After that, in a straight line, the engine can't compete with more powerful bikes that take 30 or 40km/h more at the top.
The weight is a pain in the stroller, but it's forgotten as soon as you're riding, and the bike is pleasant to ride, with its big tank and seat height for my 6'2" frame (I didn't raise the seat and my feet are firmly on the ground)
The only fault might lie with the tires (BT020/021): they're not bad (in fact, they're very good for road use), but they show their limitations when the pace picks up (the rear stalls quickly under hard braking, and don't give as good a felin as Conti Roadattack tires) However, the tires were already 5 years old (4344km) when I bought the bike (both replaced around 13300/13500: worn front and aged rear)
All in all, then, this is a bike I'd recommend to anyone who wants a good way to rack up the miles without breaking the bank. Rating : 5/5 Respond to Almeti
An excellent machine for beginners, the weight may come as a bit of a surprise, but you'll soon get used to it. Plenty of power for everyday use, and an engine that doesn't shy away from revs, sound chassis, unbeatable price.
