Here, we pay tribute to that glorious era with a special series. The GSX-R 1000 is covered in the same deco as the 1985 750. The dress, the little stripes of different blues ending in a small comma, the stickers on the sides of the fork head... a good start. But there was a little more to do to really get the nostalgia going. Mr Suzuki, it would have been nice to have blue saddles, a two-tone tank, and a small plaque engraved on the forkhead. No ? No way?

well, we'll console ourselves with the little bonuses that only 20 privileged people will be able to find on this 1000 GSX-R 30th Anniversary. A more racing sound system, with a stainless steel Yoshimura R11 exhaust. Improved protection with a double-curved bubble. And for the workshop, a racing stand and protective cover.
Only available in ABS version, this vintage-style Superbike has more than that to seduce. It also boasts a quality chassis, a big 185 hp engine, Brembo brakes, top-notch efficiency and consistency, and a name that will resonate for a long time to come.
