presentation of the Daytona 600 2005

That's the question you might ask yourself when discovering Triumph's new 600 supersport. The memory of the TT 600 lingers in the mind. Gone are the curves: the new little Brit has gone on a diet (it now weighs 165 kgs dry) and its plastic has become more angular. It almost looks like an origami. Its lines, however, remain too massive by Japanese standards. The 4-wheel drive has also been modified and its behavior is now smoother, but its character is still not enthusiastic. Before 6000 rpm, nothing... then a weak thrust appears and it's only around 8000 rpm that the mill wakes up. Once on the track, there's no choice: you have to stay above 10,000 rpm all the time. That said, virtually all 600 sports bikes behave in this way. However, its cousin, the 600 Speed Four, benefits from the same mill as the TT 600, but with a specific mapping that makes it very endearing. Why didn't you get this one?

TRIUMPH DAYTONA 600 the chassis is certainly effective on the track, but not yet as formidable as the Japanese 600s. Lively, stable and with excellent braking, its handling is closer to the old 600 CBRs than to the extreme Kawa ZX-6RR. What's more, the gearbox still has some way to go. The Daytona has more to smile about: the riding position is acceptable, the suspension comfortable and the seat pleasant. A sporty machine in its own right, the Daytona 600 is equally at home on the track and on the road, although its versatility means it can shave off a few tenths off a lap.

Problème de ralenti sur Triumph 600 daytona 2003
French Nounou Model 2003
I've just bought a 600 daytona from 2003, I think it's magnificent. The problem is that as soon as I slow down, it stalls and won't idle! Has anyone ever had this problem? Rating : 5/5
French damien3910 Model 2003
very nice bike, smooth clutch, speed too, nothing to complain about except for two people Rating : 5/5
French nien nien Model 2003
I've also had a 600 Daytona since October 2005. It's been a great machine ever since I got it, and I have no complaints. I was looking for a bike different from the others and with this one I succeeded. The only thing I can say is that at low speeds (especially in town), and as soon as it gets hot, the engine heats up quickly and very quickly reaches 100°C. Otherwise, it's a pleasure to ride it and to see the Japanese bikers wondering: "Mais kes ke c kom moto? Rating : 5/5

i also have a daytona and I have the impression that my in-house break-in was inefficient. I nuked a 750z in full (122hp) against 112, not bad isn't it? Rating : 5/5
it's my bike and I think it's the best in the world, even if the headlights aren't very strong, my friends envy it Rating : 5/5
French caro Model 2003
owner since January 2005, 5000 km on the road, I'm delighted with the daytona 600, a little high for a girl of 1.60m, but it's all good fun...the only minor complaint is that it dives a little too much under braking. Rating : 5/5
French Daytona Model 2003
Hi, I'm the owner of one of the last Dayto in France, it's magnificent, everyone wonders when they see it, success assured, I even had the right to a photo session of Japanese come to France. It's a bike that doesn't run in the streets. For those looking for originality, Triumph offers it. What's more, the mechanics are very nice. Of course, they can't compare with the Japanese, but the comfort is better than the Japanese. The chassis is surgically precise, and cornering is simple. What's more, Triumph offers an attractive price, and I took advantage of the Argus+1200E deal, which is no mean feat. In short, it's a nice machine. Rating : 5/5

I cracked for it in June 04 and since then, I've covered (yes, run!) over 11,000km. Conclusion? Nothing but happiness, fishing and safety. Two drawbacks: at night I find the headlights a bit weak, and of course the duo... Of course, below 8,000 rpm, it's like sleeping beauty, but after that, hearing it roar with its little carbon pot is a real concerto for a seasoned music lover. It's really top-notch, and I'm very happy with it. I'm even happier because I've had it photographed regularly ;-) Let's not even talk about its very attractive price. Best regards Cédric Rating : 5/5
