The new 450 cm³, four-stroke, four-valve, liquid-cooled, rear-angled engine features a front-mounted fuel injection system. This technological choice provides a direct intake that fills the cylinder more efficiently. This inversion of intake and exhaust, compared with a "conventional" system, favours better weight distribution. It also contributes to mass centering, ensuring greater machine homogeneity.
