presentation of the YZ 125 2016
the Yamaha YZ 125 changes color only in 2016. Improvements were made in 2015, with a view to boosting track performance tenfold. In addition to technical improvements, this model boasts dynamic styling and a deco kit reminiscent of the modern styling of the latest four-stroke models.
The low weight and rapid rev-up of the 2-stroke 125 cm3 engine make the YZ 125 the ideal competition bike for teenagers looking to make a name for themselves. Alongside the YZ 85 and YZ 250 2-stroke models and the YZ-F 4-stroke models, the YZ 125 is an integral part of Yamaha's competition range. It's primarily aimed at young riders, for whom the 125 2T offers one of the best ways to perfect their skills before moving up to the next category aboard a YZ 250 F or YZ 450 F.
The 2015 YZ 125 model underwent radical styling changes to create a sleek, modern silhouette. At the same time, significant technical enhancements offer improved handling.
The redesigned bodywork and new graphics project an image of elegance and lightness similar to that of the new-generation YZ-F 4T. The front and rear mudguards, number plate, radiator gills, airbox, side covers, fork protectors and seat cover resemble a state-of-the-art factory motorcycle. In addition, bold Speed Block graphics, a large YZ logo on the tank and radiator fins emphasize the horizontal line introduced on the latest YZs.
In 2015, significant changes were made to the front and rear suspensions, which had already been used on the YZ-F 4T. The 48mm inverted front fork and Monocross rear suspension feature YZ 125-specific settings for excellent traction and grip. Front and rear suspension can be fully adapted to suit track conditions, rider weight and riding style.

for quick and easy adjustment, the YZ 125 is equipped with a clutch travel adjuster identical to the YZ-F 4T. In addition, the YZ 125 features wide YZ-F-type footrests for enhanced comfort and feel, especially for jumps and whoops. The finishing touch to this model: the latest Dunlop tires, rear crown, rear disc protector and YZ-F-style rear caliper protector.

i really don't think it's right for bikes that haven't changed in years. Many people have had to go for a Ktm, and I myself hesitated Rating : 5/5 Respond to lafleche
without modification I don't know, but in the condition I've got it, it's got an engine that runs superbly well, good throttle response, light, powerful but not aggressive Rating : 5/5 Respond to foxy
