presentation of the V7 750 Cafe Classic 2010

on one side, the main battlefront, with 190hp hypersports with Superbike-like technical refinements, completely unrideable on the road.
Further back, the Revivals trend, motorcycles with designs drawn from the glory of a brand's past. Last year, Moto-Guzzi unveiled the V7 Classic, a revival of a prestigious lineage, with a heart of Breva 750. A competitor to the Triumph Bonneville at virtually the same price.

in 2009, the V7 will be available in a Café Classic version. Why this name? To transform the Classic into a racing beast... New mirrors, a single-seater-style seat, lower handlebars - enough to make you feel like Pecetto, with 48 hp from the twin-cylinder.

the mechanics of course remain the transverse twin, unchanged on this Café Classic. Reasonable power, 5.4 mkg at 3,600 rpm; 5-speed gearbox, cardan drive, spoked wheels, 198 kg and 17 liters of benzine.
All that's left is to find a buddy with a 900 Thruxton for a little '60s-style thrill-seeking.

French sergeair Model 2009
The ideal motorcycle... If I were a bit richer, I'd have it in my garage... Pretty, typical, classic, simple and efficient...
It's got everything I love about motorcycles... The BIKE !!!
Rating : 5/5
A very pretty machine, this café racer, with lines directly inspired by the '73 V7 sport, a shame Guzzi didn't see fit to add a little vitamin to the block to match the retro sport image
In the final analysis, it's not a big deal. Once the legal warranty period has expired, any Guzzi specialist will be able to help you get a dozen extra horsepower out of the big V7, enough for a "Joe Bar Team" replay

superb bike, admittedly a little less powerful than the 650 of the time, but what a face. Thanks again for thrilling us with these magnificent machines. 10 HP more would have been welcome Rating : 5/5

And to think that I'm in the process of renovating 1 small twin 650 into a café racer that's virtually identical to this ... You'd think they'd understand the point of having this kind of bike for us purists and even neophytes. It's just that the power is 1 hair short, so a few extra ponies would have been welcome (my 650 would be better...) Rating : 5/5
French twinvince Model 2009
it looks good, but it would need 25 hp more and 10 kg less. it would be perfect. I don't understand why they didn't put the 850 breva's berlingot on it, which is more ballsy. Rating : 5/5
