Paioli is an Italian company specializing in the manufacture of motorcycle components, in particular suspension (forks and shock absorbers), but also other elements such as tanks and frames. Founded in 1911, the company has evolved over the decades to become a key player in the two-wheeler sector, collaborating with numerous manufacturers of motorcycles, scooters and electric-assist bicycles.
In the 1980s and 1990s, Paioli distinguished itself particularly in the field of suspensions for off-road and enduro motorcycles, equipping prestigious brands. Bimota, for example, chose Paioli-branded suspensions. Paioli's ability to combine technological innovation with quality craftsmanship won the confidence of European and Asian manufacturers.
Despite its success, the company experienced financial difficulties in the 2000s and was eventually integrated into other industrial groups. However, the brand remains active, particularly in the production of niche components, and continues to supply high-performance suspension solutions for specific applications.
Today, Paioli is recognized for its technical heritage and expertise in the design of reliable, long-lasting suspensions, which have left their mark on the history of two-wheelers.
