Small mistakes no longer matter, as the electric starter will enable you to make your way quickly to the front of the pack and escape in complete safety, while Launch Control will enable you to get off to a flying start.

For those who want to enhance their riding experience, the KX 450 comes as standard with a selection of DFI plugs for easy engine mapping changes, while the KX FI injection calibration kit allows riders to go into greater detail and fully customize engine mapping. To further enhance performance, this KX is stripped of all unnecessary materials, and features an improved lightweight aluminum perimeter frame.
