The Kawasaki motorcycles 2012
What's changing in 2012
Of the four Japanese manufacturers, Kawasaki is the liveliest this year, even if most of the new models are more or less advanced evolutions. The newcomer to the range is the Versys 1000, a big road-going trail bike as is the fashion - in fact, a leggy Z 1000 with the same philosophy as the Versys 650. The ER-6n and ER-6f have been extensively redesigned, with a new chassis, a reworked engine and refined silhouettes. The ZZR 1400 gets a new look, with more cm3, more horsepower and more dazzling acceleration. 2012 is also the year when Kawa lets loose with its special series: between City, Tourer, Black Editions, Performances and others, there are a dozen variations in the catalog. We've been waiting for a new ZX-6R... That'll come later.
