presentation of the 675 STREET TRIPLE 2010
longed-for, awaited, the source of speculation, the envy of envy and the ultimate mutation project, here is THE mid-size roadster that Triumph enthusiasts have been waiting for, the real baby-speed: the 675 STREET TRIPLE.
before going any further, linger a moment over the name and reread it carefully - STREET Triple - yes, the name has changed slightly from the Hinckley muscular roadster tradition. Strongly inspired by the Speed Triple 1050, the little 675 fully embraces its street-fighter vocation, and its name sounds like a threat to alleyways invaded by gangs of young brawlers. The goal: to become the new leader of the gang, subduing the FZ6, Hornet, Z 750, GSR 600 and Monster S2R.
the street - The young wolves' battleground. Now here's a new weapon for them, with a muscular 3-cylinder that's been trained on the track before coming to wreak havoc among the armada of Japanese 4-cylinders. Triumph makes no secret of the genetic genius behind the Street 675: "Take the fantastic Daytona 675 sports bike and the incomparable Speed Triple roadster, mix it all up and you get mechanical genius by Triumph: Street triple, 675 cc of pure aggression. Light, agile and super-exciting to ride!".
the big head? Not really, because the qualities of the 675 engine have charmed many, both on the road and on the track. Because the 675 Daytona isn't just one of the lightest Supersports (in 2007, only the CBR 600 RR beat it on the scales). You only have to see it pass between the vibrators to realize the superb potential of this tool for pistards. Just imagine the result on the road, especially as the engine develops 108 horsepower at the top of the rev counter, with almost 7 mkg of torque... A real treat when you consider the character of the 3-cylinder.

I've tried it and I've cracked, I'm riding just as hard as before and I'm having twice as much fun
i liked the 2002 fazer 1000 but I don't regret my choice, the 3 cylinders are really a plus on all levels
Mine is white Rating : 5/5 Respond to Street69
However, I thought I'd be impressed by the engine and ....non it lacks torque before 9,000 rpm

Super machine, thank you Triumph Rating : 5/5 Respond to Nien-Nien

a bientot ma belle... Rating : 5/5 Respond to BRAD
It's not a 4-cylinder (like the GSR) that just wants to climb in the revs and it's not a BI; a little too "wise" (650 SV). And above all, what a face. My dad, a fan of English bikes, will appreciate it. Thanks Triumph....
They're a hell of a lot more dynamic than the japs... and only slightly more expensive. GAAAAZZZZZZ!!!!!!!
Rating : 5/5 Respond to pedropeyo
Insurable in 34hp like its sister the Daytona, it's nickel all that tell me!
I didn't know what to get for my 1st bike, but now I've found it!
And when the break-in is over, I'll take it to the dealership to free it up..
See you soon my lovely....... Rating : 5/5 Respond to fred67
Triumph has already impressed me with the Dayto, but you still need to have a solid portfolio with amazing insurance. So when someone offers a Speed Triple with a Dayto engine, I say bravo Mr Triumph and thank you..
Superb, unlike any other brand with an explosive and original engine, what do the people want? Hello mr banker... I need 7500€. Rating : 5/5 Respond to Dav_59
the 675's mid-range punch must be close to the best engine available in this category, which is becoming a little too uniform
